Shipping + Returns

Shipping is free for orders over $150.

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be shipped within 2-5 business days once payment has been processed. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns and Exchanges

Any unworn jewelry you would like to return for a store credit can be sent back to Dora Mae Jewelry within 14 days of receipt of product. To return an item that was purchased online, contact us at 407-615-0186 to either receive store credit or to exchange it for a different piece. If you are located near our Orlando retail studio, returns and exchanges can be processed in-store.

Please note: We offer returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY. If the piece is defective we will refund to the original form of payment.

OUR MISSION

Almost 80% of the chain used in Dora Mae Jewelry designs are handcrafted by newly trained artisans in Madagascar. Designer Ansley Schrimsher traveled to capitol city, Antananarivo to train them in jewelry making, but also to begin a lasting relationship.
