Before they land in our studio, our goldsmith ensures they are in perfect modern condition. Every mounting has been inspected, every stone has been secured and every prong has been perfectly fitted so that these antique pieces of art are strong for everyday modern wear.

For pieces over $3000, we offer independent appraisals so you can be confident of the authenticity of your purchase as well as the retail replacement value for insurance purposes! 

Shipping + Returns

Shipping is free for orders over $150.

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be shipped within 2-5 business days once payment has been processed. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns and Exchanges

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days to return your items for a FULL REFUND. To request a return for store credit, we have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days to return your items for STORE CREDIT. 

To return an item that was purchased online, email us to either receive a refund or store credit. If you are located near our Orlando retail studio, returns and exchanges can be processed in-store.

All return items must be unworn and in their original packaging with their original tags. Check your items immediately after delivery to make sure they are not defective or damaged in any way. If you see an issue with your piece, contact us and we will sort the situation.

OUR MISSION

Almost 80% of the chain used in Dora Mae Jewelry designs are handcrafted by newly trained artisans in Madagascar. Designer Ansley Schrimsher traveled to capitol city, Antananarivo to train them in jewelry making, but also to begin a lasting relationship.
